Is it a real hand-drawn painting?
Our work is digital illustrations that utilize mixed media and are refined via Wacom tablets and printed out on a medium of your choice. So results look so much like traditional hand paintings. That is the main advantage we provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. We never use any filters because this process is different from filters or photo effects, and involves manually constructing the artwork.
Will I be able to preview my portrait before receiving it?
Absolutely!, You will receive a photo of the artwork as soon as our artist will finish painting. We will ask you for final approval before shipping your order out.
What type of images do you require?
The picture does not need to be a professional photoshoot. Photo should not be blurred, too dark & small (low-resolution). Better the photo, the better the outcome. Read More>>
What is Digital Soft Copy?
All images on phones and computers are digital files/electronic JPEG files.
If you ordered a digital soft copy, you will receive a digital high-resolution image in your billing email instead of the physical item. You can print it yourself. For best results, we recommend having the artwork professionally printed at a local or online photo printing shop.
Will you provide the tracking number?
Yes, we provide the tracking number. You will receive mail with the tracking number after your order is dispatched.
Is my private information protected?
Yes, it is. All the information gathered through our secure server is used solely to process your order. We will never sell or share your private information with any 3rd party.
I haven't received my proof

How can I send images?
You can upload multiple photos You can upload multiple photos while placing the order. If you want to send more images, you can send us to our mail id suppot@festalart.com along with the order number.
Processing & Shipping Time
How long will it take to create my Artwork?
Your artwork will be done within 1-3 business days. Once the portrait has been completed, it will be sent to you for approval on your billing id. If you want any changes, we will try to implement them.
How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
We take 2-4 business days for printing after your approval and 3-6 working days for shipping. So, the total time is 6-9 working days.
Due to high demand, we often sell out. Ensure you receive your portrait on time for that special occasion we suggest ordering in advance.

How do I track my order?

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
We accept returns if the product is misplaced by a courier, or received damaged or wrong artwork.
How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, it will be cancelled. Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
What now? If my order was damaged when it arrived.
