At FestalArt, we believe that completely satisfied customers are the lifeblood of our business. That’s why we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

If you’re not happy with how your portrait turns out after receiving a proof from us, we will work with you to make unlimited revisions* until it meets your exact specifications. But if, even after multiple revisions, your portrait still doesn’t reach the vision in your mind’s eye – no problem! We will immediately refund your order in full. It couldn’t be any easier!

All you have to do is tell us what went wrong and we promise to give you back every penny.

Note: If any of the following apply, we are unfortunately not able to provide a refund:

  1. If you approve your artwork proof, and later decide to change it after the portrait has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer any modifications or refunds.
  2. Are all of your artworks real hand-painted paintings? Unfortunately, no. While we do offer digital artwork based on the photos you provide us, all of our artworks are digitally created and not physically painted by hand.
  3. The customer entered an incorrect or misspelled personalized text.
  4. The customer provided an incorrect shipping address, resulting in the package not arriving at its intended destination.

Lost in Transit:

In the event that the artwork painting is lost in transit by the courier shipping agent, we firmly commit to sending you a new painting, free of charge.

Artwork Damaged or Misprinting:

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@festalart.com with proof of damaged product. We will print a new Print/Canvas for you free of charge.

Exchanges or Cancellations

  • We don't accept exchanges.
  • But we accept cancellations as long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders that have already been printed cannot be canceled.
